So did the Bills wait until Harbaugh and Stefanski were hired because they were not interested in either of the top 2 candidates or are they just incompetent?

Should they have fired him before they were eliminated?

I think the better question would be, why didn't Harbough and Stefanski wait to see if the Buffalo job opened up? Are they more concerned about their salary than winning?

Why would they fire their head coach in the middle of the playoffs while the team was still alive?

Also, I can?t imagine, with the way hiring cycles work, that Harbaugh & Stefanksi are going to sit around waiting for the off chance that the Bills are eliminated early and that the organization may fire McDermott on top of that, especially if they want to coach in ?26.

I'm more surprised Beane not only gets to stay, but got promoted. The roster is an issue and so is their cap situation and he's a huge reason for it lol.

Kansas City making noise in the playoffs again

The Chiefs plan to hire Eric Bieniemy as their next offensive coordinator, per Tom Pelissero.

Hafley named HC of the Dolphins.

If he coaches the Dolphins like he coached Boston College, expect to see him back in a coordinator role in 3-5 years.

Saleh to the Titans

Just last week I was thinking that he?s one of those guys who?s better as a coordinator than as a head coach, so of course he goes back to being a head coach.  :P
