If the Celtics trade Jrue, I'd like to see them bring back a big (PJ Washington, a PF, has been talked about). They can draft a center with 28 or 32. I think Queta still has room to develop. Then, if one of Horford or Kornet come back, that's a decent rotation behind KP.

If KP is back and can play, that is.

I think this is the most logical scenario.  Pending on who is cheaper will determine which player is back between Al and Kornet.  Al has a year or two left IMO and he will either stay because he loves Boston or will ring chase to another team.  I think if Boston is willing to bring Al back he comes back or retires.  Moving your family is a tough thing and I'm sure they have a say in where he plays. 

If Boston keeps both picks I expect one of Raynaud or Kalkbrenner.

Al doesn't have to move his family.  Not for a year anyway.  If he wants to chase a title, he can do so.

Al seems to like Boston and he's got his ring. At this point, I'd bet he stays in Boston.

I?d like to think that were I in his shoes I take my $285 million in career earnings and do something relatively unstressful.  But he?s probably not made that way.

Keeping Horford is imperative.

Horford is the difference between this team having a chance at the 4th-6th seeds and fighting for a play-in spot.

Kornet is replaceable with a minimum contract alternative.

That will change of course, but probably not drastically.  I don't think Horford is coming back.  Maybe.  Kornet much more likely and then he could be the starting Center.

Yeah, they would be guys I would look at if Kornet left. If we couldn't afford to keep him and have to shop for a minimum contract center as his replacement.

The biggest downside of yesterday's moves is our big situation. We kind of need to hit on a big tonight in the draft.

I would feel great if we moved up about 10 picks somehow and got Sorber. 6'10 C with a 7'6 wingspan at 255 pounds. Plays beyond his age at 19. Has great feel and defensive instincts while also being productive. 14.5 pts/ 8.5 rebs / 2.4 assists / 2blks / 1.5 stls on 53% fg and 72% ft.

At our pick, Kalkbrenner would be a good Kornet replacement. Raynaud would be a good long term stretch 5 play, or Fleming would be a good PF or small ball 5 pick.

rumor has it that if Brad does move up it's supposedly for a PG prospect, not a big.  no idea why.

I think Kornet gets overpaid by someone.

That leaves Tillman, Queta and a rookie they draft. Might be the worst set of bigs this franchise has seen. Lots of people overvalue Queta but I don't think he is a good option.

Overall the bench is going to be pretty bad. Baylor. Queta. PP. 2 rookies they draft. Niang. Tillman (and this is assuming they don't have to start Queta and Tillman which they would right now). Hauser to me is going to get moved out for not much in return.

This team is closer to a lottery team than we all think unless something changes.
