I'm getting more 2023 vibes from this team than 2024, and I know we had Game 2 letdowns in the first two rounds last year, but still...

So the refs just accepted that .3 seconds was correct? They didn?t even bother to look. Not saying we would have won, but that is truly unbelievable

yeah not even reviewing it is a reason to never ref a playoff game again.  amateur hour for the refs at the end.  absolutely screwed us with the clock at the end.

That inadvertent whistle did us in. Banchero was having a hard time controlling the ball and was in the backcourt. And the icing on the cake of course is the shot clock not being adjusted. Oh well, i totally expect us to win big in game 4.

I don't understand how time wasn't added to that possession. Tatum clearly had possession no later than .6, could have .8-1.0 left easily.

Also not just leaving Brown in after the fifth foul was a massive mistake by Mazzula. KP was giving you nothing, Brown was defending very well, and you take him out until 47 seconds left? If you are going to make him wait that long you might as well let him play with the five fouls. Just a stupid decision.

KP needs to player better, he's been awful. Sub 30% from the field.

What bothers me most is that Mazzulla won't say anything to Tatum post-game about how he shot his team out of the game.

Tatum will play it off as, "Well, teams are going to make runs. That's basketball. Gosh, I hit a bunch of shots in the first half, why didn't my dribbling, fadeaway, contested 32 foot jumpers not fall in the second half ? Gee."

The refs were atrocious but yeah, this loss is on us. Some of these guys especially Porzingis and Hauser need to wake up.

Porzingis was atrocious, embarrassing really. Hauser has been bad all year so not expecting much from him

Time to move on from Hauser. We need actual scoring threats off the bench esp in the playoffs

I don?t know whether I should feel bad that we played so poorly in the second half or encouraged that we only lost by 2.

Look to rally back after the loss.

I'm more convinced though we'll blow them out in Game 4. Enough of this. We have yet to play our best game this series at all, it feels due.

Game 4 is now a must-win for Boston

Well, it isn?t. But it is a game Cs really don?t want to lose.  Orlando is battering the Cs and I?m hoping for a little rest between series if the Celtics ultimately beat the Magic.   Very disappointed to lose this one especially starting out the third just fine, going up by 11 and then the wheels come off.

I?ve been a Hauser supporter but miserable performance so far.  Missing good looks - can?t do that. And can?t be throwing inbound passes away.
