Very good game. Valiant effort by GSW without Steph. They came close to pulling it off.

Big loss though. This was the type of game you gotta see through. Kuminga was huge with 30pts off the bench on 11-18 FGA 6reb 3ast 2blk. He is such an inconsistent player. You cannot count on production like that from him. You gotta capitalize on it when it arrives. That is why they needed this game so much. Next game, Kuminga will likely play far worse and GSW will have a much tougher competing with the Wolves.

This is the type of loss that can kill your chances in a series.

I felt somewhat the same about OKC losing the other night when they got a huge game from J-Dub and a big game from Chet as well.

J-Dub reminds me so much of Scottie Pippen. Such a consistent player in terms of defense, rebounding, ball-handling, and passing ... but an inconsistent scorer. Just like Scottie was.

J-Dub had a career night and they failed to capitalize on it and get the win. SGA struggled with his scoring. He found other ways to help but that was a game OKC needed to win.

Gotta turn those big nights from secondary stars into wins. When you fail to do that, you often lose the series.

Home court doesn?t mean anything in these playoffs?as professionals they know what it takes to win, that?s why I always that home court advantage doesn?t mean a whole lot
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Anthony Edwards is 23 years old. He has already had 5 different series against 5 different teams where he has had a game where he has scored 40+pts. Impressive.

I hate these games where the home team wears their away uniforms and the away team wears their home uniforms. Ticks me off.

I would hate to see Denver win today and take a 3-1 series lead. I think that would effectively end the series. I don't think OKC can come back from 3-1 down against this Nuggets squad. So I am hoping for an OKC win so this series can go on for as long as possible.

These are two great teams. I want to see as many games as possible from these guys.

Nuggets/Celtics? Nuggets/Cavs? Nuggets/Knicks perhaps?

Or will we see NBA Finals rematch Warriors/Cavs or Warriors/Celtics? Or a battle of big cities between SF and New York?

J Murray is fantastic at switching hands in mid-air to confuse defenders on his driving layups. Manipulates the ball well.

J-Dub is a terrific talent. Pippen-esque. So quick to the ball. Great length and activity as a defender & rebounder. Pushing the ball in transition. Ball-handling. Passing. Driving. Midrange. Long range. Finishing in traffic.

Dude can do it all.

Caruso has been fantastic in these playoffs.

His stats are insane. Only 20-21mpg. Averaging 2 steals and 1 block in those minutes. As a guard! Plus 3 rebounds. That is incredible production. Creating lots of extra possessions for his team.

He is doing well for them on offense too. Transition play. Passing (3 assists). Steady handles (0.6 turnovers). Making his outside shots (4 threes per game at 41%).

Best role player in the 2025 Playoffs? He's gotta be in the conversation. He has been immense for OKC off the bench.

Denver are only 2-24 FGA at early moments Q2.

8.3% FG%

0-15 on threes
2-9 on twos

Lowest scoring Q1 in NBA history.

Only 25pts between the two teams. OKC led 17-8.

That should have been a flagrant on SGA.

Terrible foul. No attempt on the ball. Had his arm / hands on Braun's knees to hip while Braun was in mid air.
