It's worth noting that this is the kind of series that wore Mitchell down last season.  He had to burn himself out to get through Orlando in round one and that knee couldn't handle the load. 

He's had a hell of a game but he's had to work HARD for it.

NBA officiating is so inconsistent. You can flip a coin and be more consistent than the refs are with that exact elbow call. Sometimes that?s a flagrant and other times a common foul.
