These are OKC's losses this season. Literally all of them:

- SGA blocked at the buzzer to tie
- Chet gets hurt after five minutes, Steph scores 36
- Dort misses game-winning 3 at buzzer
- Six points in San Antonio
- JDub misses 3 at the buzzer to tie
- Cup Final, didn't count

They were 8-1 with Chet without Hartenstein, winning by an average margin of 15+ points per game.

They went 3-3 without Chet and Hartenstein.

When Hartenstein returned, but still no Chet, they've gone 19-1 (really 19-2 counting Milwaukee).

Their record is not even indicative of how good they've been with one of Chet/Hartenstein playing. 3 of their 5 losses came in the 6 game stretch without both of them. They are 27-2 in games where just one of Hartenstein/Chet was healthy.

Man, that is an impressive record.

Joel Embiid sprained his foot falling over a security rope on Christmas, played in four more games and only missed a back-to-back on the rest of the road trip, and has now been out a week and a half with what has been deemed a "day to day" issue

Embiid supposedly sprained his foot on Christmas Day ahead of the matchup against the Celtics, in which he played 31 minutes. He then played in 4 of the next 5 games, only missing half a back-to-back.

He has since missed 6 straight games with this injury.

A curious situation.

Also most of the team is hurt and PG13 + Maxey aren't being made available as often either. Didn't play last night, and are questionable tonight. What a mess.

And now according to Shams he'll remain out and be reevaluated in 7-10 days

The #9 seed Pistons are at 21-20 at then halfway mark, on pace for 42-40. For the 76er's to hit 42 wins they'd need to win 63% of their remaining 43 games to go 27-16. That seems out of reach at the moment. They are only a single game in the loss column back of the Bulls, so they still have a shot to make the play-in as the 10th seed, but then they'd need to win 2 road games to make the playoffs. Its not looking good for them.

And they owe a first round pick to OKC this year (unless its 1-6).

Also worth noting that Morant didn?t even play. Memphis is a sneaky good team and they don?t get much acknowledgment.

Knecht was always riding a hot streak during that impressive run in November but he has been downright awful since then. Only 47.5% for almost 2 months. League average is around 57% TS%. He has gone from LA's 4th best player to not even playing NBA caliber basketball.

He was already a bad defensive player. Now he is not even giving good offense to make up for it. As badly as he is playing offensively, you'd have to point the finger at him and say he is currently one of the worst players in the league getting regular minutes. Hard to think of others who are playing this badly.
