The scary thing is that the Admiral was doing that his 24/25 seasons while Wemby is doing it in his 20/21.   If that kid stays healthy.....

This Kyrie injury doesn't sound good. Herniated disc in his back.

Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving has a bulging disc in his back and is expected to miss at least 1 to 2 weeks, sources tell me and

. There is optimism that treatment over the coming days will provide a return to play target date.

It's early but the Wolves already down 25-10 early to the Clippers.

Did the C's break the Wolves? Ant looks discombobulated too if you watch his body language.

Scary good. It?s really amazing the good drafting fortune the Spurs have had in drafting Robinson, Duncan, and Wemby.  Obviously they had other great selections but getting top picks when these talents were available is amazing.

Will Wemby finish top 5 in the league for MVP this year?

25.6ppg 10.8rpg 3.8apg 4.0bpg 1.0spg
48% FG% 35% 3PT% on 9 attempts per game
60.4% TS%

Spurs are in the mix for a play-in spot. They are .500 right now. They were only 22-60 last season. So around a 20 game improvement.

Wemby is considered one of the top if not the top defensive player in the league. Arguably the frontrunner for DPOY right now.

It is a strong resume for a top 5 MVP finish.

LeBron finished 6th in MVP in his 2nd season. 2nd in MVP in his 3rd season. Luka finished 4th in MVP in his 2nd season, 6th in his 3rd season.

Lakers lose to the Mavs by 20+ and Kyrie/Luka didn?t even play.

Messed up my otherwise awesome parlay smh...  >:(

In a weird way though, it's a bit scary Dallas is still 21-16 and only like 2 games back of the 3 seed despite all the injuries, notably to Luka and now Kyrie. They deserve a lot of credit, the bench has been great and Klay has filled his role nicely.

I might have to stop betting for a little while lol. The league these days is just crazy and very unpredictable. McCollum put up 50 and 25 points the last two games, so of course in a parlay where I had him for 15+ points, he has 5 points on 1/13 shooting and it's now the 4th  :P

Scary?  Facing the Mavs in the finals and getting to watch Luka abused on defense again would be nirvana.

Oh no I mean obviously if we faced Dallas in the Finals again, I'd be ecstatic. BOS in 6

I'm more so talking about how even in a loaded, unforgiving West, Dallas is still standing tall at 21-16 while not fully healthy at all. And they are beating quality teams along the way. They won't be a "gimme" series for anyone in the West not even OKC

Looks like an NBA Finals preview at this point, but Cleveland wins this with the home advantage.

It?s probably best for us for the Cavs to lose both games against OKC over the next week. But honestly, I?m hoping the Cavs take tonight to shut up all the obsession about OKC?s false streak - which irks me that everyone just glosses over the NBA Cup loss because it doesn?t fit their narrative due to supporting one of the main critiques about OKC?s lack of experience in big games and struggles either size.

And the Admiral was absolutely jacked. I like Wemby, but he doesn't have that kind of physical strength.
