I am surprised the coach went back to playing DeAndre Jordan. He is too much of a liability. They need to play Aaron Gordon as a small ball center ala Draymond Green (or Ben Simmons on the Clippers) when Jokic isn't on the floor. That will help ease a lot of their problems during non-Jokic minutes.

Strange Clippers lineup. No guards.

F: Bogdanovic
F: Batum
F: Derrick Jones Jr
F: Kawhi
C: Zubac

Huge lineup. Very little ball-handling or playmaking.

Westbrook "never afraid" corner 3.

Fitting.

Clippers desperately need Powell to get going. He averaged 22ppg during the season.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Kawhi is legit playing and running around the court like he's only 25 years old  :o

Like prime Kawhi with the Spurs or even 2019 Raptors

Haha, what a shot by Kawhi! Surrounded by 3 Nuggets.

Feels like Denver wasted some chances to build a lead. Let Clippers come back and tie up the game. Then take a small lead.

This is a closer series, and both teams have experience. But it's kind of like NY-DET in that, I feel LAC overall has been the better team, but LAC/DET gave up some key runs that cost them in the 2nd half of Game 1. LAC still nearly pulled it out but it went to OT and DEN won

Who do we think has a better chance of knocking off OKC or at least making them really work for it - Denver or LAC?

If healthy (big if), it has to be LAC, right? Denver has Jokic, but I feel their defense will allow OKC too much. Also, when Kawhi is healthy and playing like this, he can get near that level and absolutely be the best player in that series.

OKC is the only team that really worries me. I still think we see somewhat of a regression in them when it gets to the second round onward when the competition rises, but I still think they're our biggest obstacles to repeating if they make it through the West.

The most recent Pistons playoff win before this was Game 4 of the 2008 ECF against Boston?  Wow.

Yup, that was their last playoff win. They've made the playoffs a few times, only to get swept. The Allen Iverson Pistons, Andre Drummond/Reggie Jackson Pistons, Blake Griffin Pistons.

Good to see them back in action again.

We'll need a healthy Kawhi against OKC next round
