Tyrese Haliburton is still stinking it up. He is shooting only 39% FG% and 27% 3PT% to start the season.

Indy only 5-6 on the season. Hali has got to get going.

Right now both Western Conference finalists Minnesota and Dallas wouldn't even make the play-ins!
The West is crazy strong.

I'd love it if Dallas misses the playoffs.  They were so overrated prior to the Finals last year.
Yup

the Cavaliers became the sixth team in NBA history to win at least 13 consecutive games to begin a season by claiming a 114-106 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers,

Quote
Of the previous five teams to start 13-0, four made the NBA Finals but only the 1993-94 Houston Rockets won the title, according to ESPN Research.

No idea who the other 4 teams are.

* The 73 win Warriors are one.

John Collins exposes Luka Doncic on defense, makes game-winning dunk tonight. Mavs dropped four straight.

A clip from a few weeks ago of the TNT crew looking at the D-Wade statue. Man, it looks even worse than I realized with those close ups of the face.

They gotta take that down.

Anthony "Michael Jordan" Edwards, Luka Doncic, Haliburton, etc

These guys get praised so hard in the media even over the likes of Tatum and yet their teams are around or below .500. Weird, I would have thought those guys were superstars that elevated their teams to extreme heights  ::)

I remember when Anthony Edwards was already deemed the next Michael Jordan too

In that contest, Gilgeous-Alexander set a new career high posting 45 points while adding nine assists, three rebounds, two blocks and five assists in the Thunder's win.

Even before the game tipped, Clippers sideline pacer Ty Lue offered high praise for the OKC Thunder star.

"As a younger player, you can tend to get out of control or try to get my points," Lue said before the game. "He knows it's going to come to him the style they play, he knows the ball's going to come back. He allows other guys to get going, allows other guys that he trusts with the basketball [to score early].

The Clippers bench boss continued to rave about Gilgeous-Alexander even going as far as to compare him to arguably the best player of all time, Michael Jordan.

"But he knows that at any point in time he can take over the game. He reminds you a lot of the greats like [Michael] Jordan."

Comparing him to Jordan is the highest compliment you can give the Thunder's MVP candidate, but as the NBA world is catching up to Gilgeous-Alexander's historic game it fits. The still just 26 year old continues to improve his game each season.

Agreed. SGA reminds me of D-Wade / MJ. The high efficiency, the unstopability, the ability to get wherever he wants to get to on the floor whenever he wants to. The control.

Ant reminds me of Kobe. I don't see MJ in Ant. They both lack that high efficiency. Settle for too many low percentage shots that harm them and their teams.

Now that they do not have to play Cleveland, Paul George & Joel Embiid come back to action for Philly to play Orlando.

This is awful. This is wrecking the game. Stars are sitting out way too many games. And sitting out premier top matchups like 76ers vs Cavs is doubly awful.

It's embarrassing watching a guy Embiid's size flop like that on the slightest contact.

Oh my god, the Rockets court is brutal. Bright red. Especially around center court. Then lines everywhere for the blast of a rocket all coming out from center court.

The Cavs isn't much better. No rocket flares. No bright spot at center court. Just as red otherwise.

Delighted Philly lost. Screw the 76ers!
