The Jets probably felt pretty good about their drubbing of the Pats last week - even though it was the Pats. They look pretty inept so far today on offense.  Their 3 points came mostly from a PI call in the end zone, after which (1st and goal from the 1) they ran three unsuccessful plays and were probably saved from going pointless by a false start on 4th down which forced them to take the FG. Up 3-0 a Denver who?s also been pretty hapless on offense. Through a quarter and a half, Bo Nix has -7 yards passing, Rodgers has 16.

I think the weather being terrible and Denver having a good defense is a factor as well.

I?m watching sound off and I didn?t notice the bad weather on my TV so I didn?t know weather was an issue. That would explain some.  Jets moving now with the half coming to an end.

I feel pretty stupid as a pay closer attention.  I was oblivious to the raincoats and the rain on the cameras.

If we get killed by the Niners today and Brissett looks hopeless, then there will be A TON of calls for Maye next week and it'll be deserved IMO. I'll join in too  :)

Niners lost two in a row and cannot afford to lose another game esp at home now. Expect a thorough beating against an offensive-hopeless Pats team.

Already getting tired of this. Stevenson playing hard. Douglas with a nice catch. But then Brissett with a garbage throw and then another bad decision to kill the drive.

Losing my patience. Maye can certainly do more and is capable of it.

This team and especially the offense are so infuriating to watch.

And there, on 4th and 1, we try to draw them offside (nope), and then that's the playcall? Just right into the beef of the Niners defense? Joke...

Brissett is also missing wide open guys across the field. I know our O-Line sucks but today it's actually been mostly fine, he's had time and still can't find guys (and then the Pick-6 too)

I'm looking at their O Line. With Andrews out the guys they're playing save for Onwenu are free agents and practice squad pickups. And they're going against one of the best DL's in the league. They have absolutely no chance of competing.

It?s hard for me to get too frustrated.  They have a bad offense.  Bad O-line.  A pretty bad starting QB. Nothing to write home about receiving core. And now a good starting RB who can?t protect the ball.    I don?t mind - they?ll have a bad W-L record and we?ll eventually get a good look at Drake Maye.  Then the Pats build their roster in the off-season. Do I have confidence in that? Not really, but that?s where the hope lies.

If Maye's not coming in I'm not watching the 2nd half

They way this is going, at some point SF will call off the dogs. That's when they can put Maye in. He'll probably get at least a quarter, probably more in 2nd half.

AVP sucks.
