At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I?m exited to see Walsh in his second year. I have a lot more hope for him making it to the Celtics rotation than I do with Davison.

Wish the summer league was longer than a few weeks. Let the young guys play! I used to go to the one in Massachusetts years ago.  Believe it was at Umass Boston. Saw Lebron play there when he was a rookie. Fans were chanting overrated during his first game!

Anyone familiar with Anton Watson? I?m assuming we will see him suit up for the C?s in SL.

And the Bronny James era begins. Lakers are currently playing the Kings in the first summer league game on ESPN.

I feel bad for Bronny at some level because he has been set up to fail. People are just hate watching him and sharing that he sucks on twitter for every mistake he makes or shot he misses. In the other hand he did get 8 million dollars he didn?t really earn so can only feel so bad.

I remember how both Tatum and Brown looked bad in summer league, so this doesn't really mean much for me about Bronny.

You can tell he has a lot of confidence on defense. He closes to the ball well and uses his length to get tips. He's aggressive and seems to be in the right position quite a bit.

Offensively, he looks timid. He looks like a player that is scarred, but was told to go out and get shots up in this game. He pauses for a half-second before a shot or a drive, like he is unsure.

He doesn't look terrible. Even when he gets his offense going, he's always going to be a guy working off of other, better offensive players. At least that is what my eyes tell me.

I see Bronny is one of the headliners.

On advertisement boards.

NBA cashing in on his fame. As I am sure the Lakers will as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Springer and Walsh have progressed.

He went 2-9 with a team worst -15 and his first summer league basket is the top ESPN headline.

As if I didn't need more reasons to hate the Lakers... now it seems ESPN and every national news outlet is gonna post anything and everything they can about Bronny. My friend has ESPN notifications on his phone and he told me that the last 4-5 in a row were all Bronny-related  ::)
