I'm glad to see that we can view the top 10 with context now that we've seen Luka attempt to play defense.

1. Jokic
2. Giannis
3. Tatum
4. SGA
5. Embiid
6. Curry
7. Doncic
8. Lebron
9. Kawhi
10. AD or Brunson
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

You do have to wonder if this series ends up having a similar effect on the Luka narrative as the 2022 Finals had on Tatum's narrative.

His numbers look good - 29.7, 9, 6, and 2 though 5 TOs - but his fourth quarter woes as well as his clearly exposed defense will likely follow him for some time.

But I am happy to see this. It's just ridiculous to me how we view some of these top guys who give up as much defensively as they provide offensively.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

How much are you factoring health?  When healthy Embiid and Giannis are clearly better than Tatum, but they are both much less healthy overall.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Not sure why you just mention Tatum.  When healthy, Embiid and Giannis are both top 3.
