So nice to not see much of that arrogant Luka smile.  But 3-0 isn?t 4-0. They still have a game to win v. the WC champions.  Mavs are good team - fought back down 21 in the fourth.  Would have been a very tough couple of days had the Cs lost this game. I realize how difficult it will be for the Mavs to come back from 3-0 but the truth is that the series is not over yet.

Nearly 37 minutes for Al and just a day off between games - likely won?t have his legs tomorrow.  If no KP, Tillman will need to step up again.  Nice job by X last night.

Despite the lapses this has become a much more serious, mature team.  They keep their heads and they turn it up collectively when needed.  Not a cocky group.  Some unexpected leadership emerging throughout the playoffs from JB.  Jaylen has had a great season and great playoffs and it feels like the journey that he and JT have been on together for a while may reach a high point. Previous iterations of this team haven?t had the mentality to seal the deal. This team seems to have what it takes. But, not yet there.  One more!!!!

Luka is as much a cancer as Kyrie

Can someone explain to me how Dallas got a second challenge after the brown challenge at earlier for Luka?s 5th foul?

Did they not challenge it?

Definitely. This series is not going well for ESPN and a short series is always bad for the network. Now they have to pivot to praising Boston which is something they hate to do.

I will say from someone that lives smack dab in the middle of Cleveland cavs country having this board to converse, rant, vent,  celebrate, complain and whatever else it provides? I am so thankful. I have been here a long time on this board like so many others. It truly is a community.

I wish we all could be in the same room to watch them win banner 18.

TP. I feel the same. It?s amazing to watch and celebrate/complain with Celtics fans online here and other outlets. We aren?t alone  :)

I am in LA and it is amazing to hear and taste the delicious tears of LA fans  ;D it's misery here when they have to face the fact that we will have more banners than them  ;D

At least the Lakers fans can take some solace in knowing they have secured their Coach of the future in a college coaching wizard.  Two time defending champ and guru.

Oh wait? ;D

They do get a rare moment of true sympathy from me for Jerry West though.
Yup

The challenge that knocked Luka out was the only challenge they used.

I really hope we're able to bring him back this off-season.  He's got that grit and grind aspect to his game.

They called a timeout and as they went to commercial Breen said they were challenging, but they must have ultimately decided not to do so and just took the time out.  I had noted the lack of commentary on the result of the challenge when they came back from break.

that confused me as well. i thought they challenged and lost the first time.
