That’s like the worst game ending play from Tatum… Dribble it at the top of the key for 10 seconds before you actually do anything then take a terrible shot…

Now KP made the shot. Does that count? What they looking at?

Zach Zarba overturns the foul call! And game over!

Joe: "The ball must be in the your best player's hands at the end game situation. Regardless that he shot 1-11 in the second half."

What a clown.

Never mind that "your best player with the ball in his hands" had 3 guys all over him while he dribbled the clock out.
This is exactly the type of limited thinking that I fear will prevent us from winning a title as long as Crazy Eyes Mazzulla remains head coach.

I think the Cavs outscored us by 24 points from 3 in the 4th quarter alone.

An aberration.  Not worried about this loss whatsoever.

Tatum got the Cavs going with some very selfish, lazy play in the 4th. He just doesn't seem to get it.

And what a pathetic but predictable finish by the referees. Instant replay should be abolished. It's predictably become just another tool for them to decide outcomes.

See you guys in the playoffs. I'm not devoting any more time to this product. I legit have better things to do.
He generally has gotten it, especially this season but this recent MVP campaign is troubling to me. He’s not close to the mvp and can’t even put together a full good game.

Just like last year in Cleveland. Gave the game away at the end.

Tonight fuels the narrative that this team just doesn’t have what it takes mentality to win it all.

Remarkable ending.  Too bad. But - this loss is irrelevant in the grand scheme. The Cavs got scalding hot and the Cs cold for 5 minutes and that was that.  Cs needed a wake up loss - they can’t lapse like that and expect to win.

After 7 years of this they should already know how to handle games like this. Nope.

I agree, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team get that hot. Not even the Celtics against GSW on Sunday.

What’s too bad is the total lack of composure by the Cs. It would have been fine if we had lost a close game and the game had been close the entire time, but to lose a game you were up by 22 in with like 8-something left in the game is brutal…unheard of even

You knew it was coming after the perfect game they played against Golden State. I bet Cleveland to win outright tonight.

Joe said that he did try to call a time out with 4.6 sec to go..

Yeah right.. what a lame call.

Also, how is that a jump ball when KP was clearly right there to get the rebound? Not only is that a questionable overturn (he clearly lands in Tatum's landing zone), but then we got screwed when we should've had possession with clearly KP right there.

we completely screwed ourselves again with no timeout, no play, JT just randomly dribbling everywhere and terrible shot.

Our coach needs to understand that we NEVER execute like that.  Stop NOT taking a timeout with 15-20 seconds left.  It completely screws us, we don't execute in improv mode.

This one is partially on Joe.

It's so ridiculous. With so much evidence to the contrary, he remains dogmatic and just refuses to do anything to help his team out in these situations. Such a joke. Thought he was over this dogmatic crap.

Denver is going to beat the brakes off Boston Thursday

Going to be a disaster of a road trip

I don't agree with this at all.  Cavs get red hot and we let down in the 4th has NO impact on what happens the rest of the trip.

It does because it shows weakness and they will be playing better teams,

Yeah that made no sense at all.  At worse, since they didn't call a off foul on Tatum, it should have been side out Celtics.  The refs did us NO favors down the stretch either.  Niang practically abused KP on on possession that I can't believe they swallowed their whistle on.

I think they called it correctly, according to the rule, but it's a terrible rule.

Yeah, that ending was a ref special.

I'm tired of end game situations where we dribble the clock out and JT heavs a stupid shot.
.all these assists can't tell Joe there's another way?

Losses happen, but it's alarming to see 0 growth I situations like tonight.

I've no hesitation to think if this were gm 7 of the finals it would go exactly like this.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Just wondering why it went to a jump ball when Porzingis clearly had the rebound?
Like everyone else, wondering why Joe didn’t call a timeout?
Hopefully it will be a learning opportunity for the team. Can’t let down in the fourth

This team left "learning opportunities" a long time ago.
If they had learned from previous experiences, they wouldn't have ever let this game get close.

Why are you basing the future on 1 game, instead of the 10 previous ones before that.  That isn't logical.
