So we turned the ball over 9 times and shot terrible and are only down by 3…I get it that it’s the Fakers and nothing less than a 30 pt first quarter lead will suffice but I think we’re in good position. We took their best shot, kept giving them the ball but we’re still in it

being only down by 3 is amazing for having so many turnovers...what a horrible 1st for the starters

I seem to remember someone on here saying that Holiday couldn’t generate offense on his own… hmmm

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Lakers are a much better team without LeBron and AD. More shot opportunities and ball distribution.

Being LeBron’s teammate must be exhausting. He will either love you or want you traded asap.

Just skeptical, but what if LeBron is on the trading block tonight and that's why he's sitting out?  ???

I don’t know if they are better but they’re definitely more dynamic and it probebly caught the Cs off guard early

Lakers going to shoot a ton of threes and just crash the boards.

If the Celtics would stop turning it over and play like a functional team then they should be good

C's need to capitalize in the 2nd quarter. Maybe keep the scrubs in, they seem more energized than the starters.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Hauser saved us with those two 3s. He misses those and it’s 11 or worse, since they may have been out and running.

Not like the game would have been over or anything, but 3 is a lot different than 11

There’s some noise on X regarding that possibility.

Role players show out all the time in the NBA. Philly did the same thing last time. C’s do it as well when players sit.
