This is just absolute incompetence. That is in no way enough to call a foul in that scenario, and it had no effect whatsoever on the game. My God. Pure incompetence.

I'm sorry, but that is a really ridiculous call, and suspicious to boot. There is no rational justification to call that a foul unless there's an ulterior motive there.
