That was a better 3 by Tatum. Got himself open with a lot of space before he pulled up. Good look.

There you go, Tatum. That kind of pull-up three in space where you're open coming off the screen and you're not stepping back is fine by me.

If you're insistent on taking a lot of pull-up threes, let's make them more of that variety rather than the much more difficult stepback threes or rushed, contested threes.

I have noticed that both JT / JB shoot better from 3 when multiple passes occur before.
The come down and jack a 3 hardly ever goes in.  The flow of sharing the ball even a little helps for better rhythm on the 3 ball.   Should be a rule, we don't jack a 3 without passing 3 times first.

This. And there's much less movement required with that pull-up compared to his much more difficult stepbacks that he likes to take. Those are good, quality pull-up threes, just like Mitchell and Garland are killing us with on the other end.

No no no no don't start the holding the ball and trying to burn the clock now, JT! Joe has to nip that in the bud as soon as he sees that starting to happen with leads late in games.

What the heck type of shot was that by Donovan Mitchell. What a terrible possession.

What an awful, awful call. He called that after the play was already turned over. What a joke.

this team is built to be an inside-out juggernaut, which would stabilize their offensive output by getting easy interior looks and improve the three-ball efficiency. i do not understand joe’s perimeter iso mindset, especially with this roster. it’s not a sustainable strategy.
