Jaylen brown is a problem. He’s selfish and tries to play hero ball

Brown with a bad 3 pt miss trying to get a 2 for 1, then just watches Bridges shoot the go ahead 3 without putting a hand up or anything.

And the choke is complete! These boys sure love a good panic job. Well deserved loss.

Shout out to Joe too for not alerting the refs about that clock screwup at the end

I mean, can you blame him? HE WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING, MAN! That's way too much to expect of a head coach. He's here to collect a check and "let them figure it out themselves".

He's such an incompetent Timeout Gollum.

All the Celtics including Joe M we’re flipping out about it, the refs just ignored them and were preparing to inbound the ball, so Joe said “forget it get your heads back in the game, they’re inbounding!”

Should Joe have walked out to half court to disrupt play and gotten himself ejected in protest?

Nah, Joe should've tackled a ref and instigated a brawl /s

TP, btw.

He absolutely should have made a bigger deal of it. This wasn't a judgment call on a foul. It was a blatant clock error. And it essentially sealed the game.

If you're going to get ejected to make a point,  that is the time to do it.

As i stated earlier. the celtics' have been messing around these past several games not respecting their competition. Can't get stops, offence looks disinterested. Joe just playing around with lineups. they need to stop messing around. This isn't a championship team right now, despite what the record says.

You realize they’re coming off a 6 game winning streak and still have the best record in the league?

The win against the 76ers is the only qualify win out of those 6. Their schedule has been incredibly easy and they’re barely beating these crap teams all while being praised as the best team in the league.
They’re not. They were literally playing better to start last season. Can we not anoint this team after they do anything decent

Just listen to Scal and Drew on the post game show, the Celtics had a nine point lead in two minutes to go, Hayward missed a layup,. Mark Williams got an offensive rebound, made a shot. Then JAylen misses a 10 footer, lamelo makes a 3, we lead by 4. Jaylen misses a 3, Jayson misses a layup, Williams goes for a dunk here blocked, gets the ball back, makes the shot, we lead by 2. Then Jrue had the chance to ice the game with 2 free throws, misses both, lamelo makes a layup to force the game to OT. Just hustle plays that the hornets won really.

So the loss was well deserved and should act as a wake up call to this team ahead of the matchup vs Milwaukee

He really needs to pass more. I don't know if his coaches and teammates are telling him this but it's obvious. He is disrupting the flow of the offense.

Refs messed up the clock...

Who cares? The Celtics are in a slug fest with the charlotte hornets and deserve to lose, Tatum was gifted 3 free throws at the end of the game and I’ve never been more sure of something then him missing one of those. Not clutch and this team has already been overhyped and overrated

Your takes are so unserious lol What a ridiculous statement.

You're literally trying to blame someone who put up 45, 13, 6, and 2 on excellent efficiency and was 8-10 on free throws tonight when everyone else not named Pritchard p---ed the bed tonight?

And you do know that statistically Tatum is ABSOLUTELY clutch and as recent as last year was leading the league all time in clutch (or at least go ahead/game-tying shots in the clutch) shooting percentage, right?

JB wasn't any bigger problem than the horrid 3 point shooting from KP, Sam, and Jrue.
All 4 of them were 3/25 from 3.

17 offensive rebounds by the Hornets didn't help either.

I'm not gonna fault JT 100% for missing that third FT in OT. He looked tired. Was the hero we needed. Kept the C's in the game.

These guys weren't in the position to be in OT. They should've closed it out while they was up by 11 points late in regulation.

JB had no business leading with the ball or making dumb BBIQ shots. Jrue was gassed. KP was gassed. All of them were gassed. Joe doesn't know how to coach and has no business being on that sidelines since last year.

Won’t be the last bad loss of a long season. Big game Wednesday in the jungle, moving on.

I counted about three selfish and greedy shots he took in the last few minutes and OT

Holiday was actually defending Bridges on that switch.

Brown was the one closest to him, and neither of them put a hand up. Nevermind Tatum completely falling asleep and losing Hayward for a layup earlier.

So in your eyes we're 11-3 but really 1-13?

He could have called a timeout? That would've forced them to have to look at the clock instead of try to rush the play on. And, hell, it's better than having the timeout so that he can draw up an awful ATO play with .8 seconds left anyways.

But, we all know that wouldn't have happened, as Joe is saving up all of his timeouts so he can trade them in for cookies at the end of the season.
