These accounts are shaky so take with a grain of salt obviously.

The Lakers, Warriors, Spurs and Pelicans are among the teams interested in Kristaps Porzingis, per multiple reports.

Lakers - No. dont think Doncic is in a huge rush to have a reunion with KP.

Warriors - No. dont have the salaries. Dont think a Kuminga S+T is a possibility.

Pelicans - No. dont have the salaries to match unless they want to part with Murphy or Jones. And if Joe Dumars traded either of those guys to pair KP and Zion in the frontcourt, I think he would be the shortest tenured GM in history as he would be fired for malpractice.

Spurs - this is probably the most realistic landing spot.

I could see the Suns making a push for KP, but the return would likely be a huge bummer. Grayson Allen and Caleb Martins brother? No thank you.

Lakers need a big. Beggars can't be choosers.

Warriors have multiple ways they can make this trade without Kuminga. But if a third team wanted Kuminga, we could see what that team wants to send us.

Pelicans could do Jones and Olynyk.

Suns don't really have the players we'd want, unless they are trading that new 10th overall pick too, which is not happening.

If the Celtics trade KP and Luke is the starting C, they might as well just blow up the team. Pritchard, White, Brown, Tatum, Kornet core isn?t winning anything.

If Spurs, two options are a simple Porzingis-Vassell swap, OR something like Barnes or Johnson + Branham + #14 for Porzingis, #28 and maybe a few future second rounders (or another future 1st).

If Pelicans, as @DefenseWinsChamps said, Herb Jones + Olynyk works

I personally would love to try and get Johnson + #14 in a deal back, even if we have to give up #28 and a future 1st to make it work

Not sure how it'd work with the Lakers or Warriors. Also not too sure who else would want KP that I can think of. The Suns maybe but I also don't know how that'd work unless they are stupid enough to send us Green and #10 lol

Zinger makes a lot of sense for the Pelicans if they truly do want to maximize Zion's potential. He would open the court on offense but still provide rim protection, which is something Zion doesn't do.

Pelicans would still have Murphy, McCullom, and Murray as starters with Hawkins, Missi, Alvarado, and the 7th pick back.

An alternate trade would be sending out McCullom to a third team, but including the 7th pick to Boston. I know people will argue that's too much for Zinger, but if I'm the Pelicans, I might rather keep Olynyk and Jones and let Hawkins take over more for McCullom. I think that roster would be better.

I saw one idea floated online. Porzingis + #28 + #32 + 2028 protected 1st rounder for Vucevic + #12 + Terry

I mean, Brad Stevens works in silence and I don't think we've heard anything about the Bulls and their potential interest in recent days.

I guess Vucevic would be fine during this gap year. I'd rather flip him again for someone else.

The real value here is the 12th pick. I'd also like to get Dosunmu back. I like him.

The 28th and 32nd pick are about the equivalent of the 21st pick. SO basically, you are downgrading KP-->Vucevic and adding a 2028 first just to move up 9 spots? Thats a substantial overpay. I'd do that trade, but without the 28' first involved.

That would be nauseating if KP was somehow healthy for 82 games if he suited up for LA, but hope KP can go elsewhere and draw back some reliable bigs for us

I'd lose my mind if we somehow ended up with Herb Jones for KP. He's like Derrick White. What team wouldn't want Jones? Which tells me that there is no way that would happen.

I see a match with SAS. They have several options that work. Either Johnson, Vassell, or Barnes. Not sure what picks would be involved.

And as much as I like the Jrue trade for Boston, I also look to re-route Simons if we can get somebody like PJ from DAL. They still have a need at PG and Simons can fill in nicely as a scorer while Kyrie is out. We'd also be looking to cut money by re-routing the extra required salary to another team

The next order of business in Boston is trading Kristaps Porzingis, sources said. As he enters the final year of his contract, Porzingis has drawn interest from several teams in both conferences. The Pelicans, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Atlanta Hawks, and Toronto Raptors are a few of the 10-12 teams that have been in contact with the Celtics recently, sources said.

We knew Pelicans, Warriors, Lakers.

Raptors and Hawks seem new.

Have to think Hauser goes next.

I think we are going to see that Hauser has value around the league to. He's a 40% shooting specialist with size on a contract that is significant less than the MLE. It's a better contract than other players like Duncan Robinson, Isaiah Joe, and other shooting specialist have.

That?s why I think they keep him. Good player, above average defense and fine rebounder, in a role (sharpshooter) that is a requirement for a team w championship aspirations. And, contrary to some people?s thinking, Scheirman does not replace that.
I have to ask -- why not?

Sam has shown he can get hot and provide a real scoring lift and has shown that if he were in a real offensive system instead of Joe's obsession with just chucking 3's, he can score on the move particularly if he drives a bit if run off the 3 point line.  He's also shown he can be ice cold too and had a lot more of those nights this past season.  He plays with effort on D but is frequently the point of attack for other teams.  his ballhandling (which he does very little of) and passing are mediocre at best.  his rebounding is meh.  He had a number of games where he was pretty invisible on the court - I attribute a good part of that to Joe's garbage offense not making a point of getting the ball to Hauser where he can get a shot off.

Baylor, after that brutal beginning of the season where he couldn't make anything, showed he has the same range as Sam, has much better passing skills, better ballhandling skills and his D can be at least as passable as Sam's.  Need to see more to see if he's a better rebounder.

I think Baylor can provide as much as Hauser if not more.  In a vacuum, I'd like to have both but if we need to move Hauser for financial reasons, I feel pretty confident Baylor can step into that role pretty well.

I like Baylor. As u said, his playmaking has a flare, good dribbler, he?s an active rebounder and he can certainly get hot. He puts in effort, but his defense isn't good. He?ll get picked on with more success than against Hauser. But as a shooting specialist, he can?t get his shot of moving or under duress like Hauser can and certainly doesn?t have the quick release. He?s gotta be very open. More tape on Baylor and defenders will quickly figure out how to bother his scoring.

Baylor can?t replace Hauser in the role of shooting specialist. He does other things well and should find a role, especially w Tatum out. As much as shooting specialist seems ?extra? for next year, I think it?s an important cog in the championship machine. I wouldn?t get rid of a cost controlled one that isn?t a negative defensively. We would need a replacement for 26-27 and that?s not currently in the pipe line.
