If anyone is using tonight's game to make judgments on this team's prospects or who should be traded...you should know the defending champs looked not too different from this last night. The Nuggets didn't have 30 point leads, missed a lot of shots, and basically just stayed 10 to 12 points ahead of the Lakers. I think we're going to be just fine. (Except Kornet. He should be traded. Yesterday.)

This small ball lineup has been a disaster. Literally blew an 11 point lead in 50 seconds.

And another boneheaded JB forced possession leads to a three on the other end by the Knicks  ::)

a whole lotta ‘lets trade jb’ after 1/2 of one game, so much over reaction

this team has a lot of potential, everything isn’t going to be perfect in the first few weeks.   Jrue and JB are the two who are going to have to make the biggest adjustments.  lets give them a chance.

I think the “let’s trade JB” spans multiple years and he’s done nothing to address his problems

What a stuff by KP!

But, yeah, no movement whatsoever offensively. That has to change.

Good Luck with that.

Unless Brad and the assistants have a sit-down with Joe and force the change.
Funny thing is, remember the first month of the season last year how well we moved and screened away from the ball and it produced record offense. It was because of Mazzulla's influence. He talked about how all the assistants worked during the summer looking at how the best teams played and how to implement those things into the Celtics stagnant offense under Udoka. Then it all just slowly went away under a barrage of 3-pointers and isolation basketball. I didn't understand it then and I still don't. Didn't anyone notice how well that was working ??

White makes so many smart plays.  He and Jrue are/will be great to have on the floor. JB too when he settles into a role.

Long as he he makes no Smaht.plays  ;D

Nah I'm not mad at JB for going one-on-one in transition.  That's exactly what he should be doing.  I just want him to hit the shot next time.

What a run by NY.

It looks a little different but this is a 22-23 pattern — up double-digits and let up a run instead of put them away. Happening all night.

What a boneheaded sequence by the Cs
-can’t get rebound
-Al Hofford missed 3
-JB forcing
