Honestly I think we can play much, much better than that.  We only had 5 assists as a team that quarter.  Our talent alone nets us points, but we the ball movement has to be better.  Bailed out by tough shots by Tatum and KP.

Feel like the Knicks missed a lot of good shots.  Meanwhile we're hitting transition stepback corner threes and top-of-the-key bankshots.  I want us to look for better offense because I'm a little wary of regression to the mean as things stand now.

Good quarter though.  There was a lot of good about our game too.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Okay, I've seen enough between preseason and now.

I think there's a decent chance that this may very well become the JT/KP team, not the Jays team. KP seems to be a super natural fit off of Tatum and the rest of the guys, and he's going to get just tons of open looks that he'll capitalize on.

Won't surprise me whatsoever if JB becomes the third option on offense giving how well KP is translating in our offense.

I've been saying since we acquired him that he's now our 2nd most talented player and should be the 2nd option. I haven't seen anything to change my mind yet.

And that is completely fine! JB is ideally more of a third option anyways, which theoretically should allow him to spend more energy and focus defensively.

Me and you are in total agreement there. It just comes down to whether or not he can accept it and adjust.

Exactly what I was thinking. The Knicks won’t shoot that bad all game.

Can we take Kornet out now?

Yeah, having four legit stars I don't like a JB only lineup out there.

Pretty much any lineup with Kornet in it is yuck. Put Queta out there.

Dude can't even score on Josh freaking Hart.

Kornet cannot be the third big that plays this many minutes.

Great but definitely can play better.  Will be a theme but 14 threes in the quarter.
