Here for another season of Celtics Basketball, my 55th as a fan.

55 years?  Wow. I am about that too.

Kinda thought the main benefit of bringing Horford off the bench was limiting Kornet's minutes.  Hope this is just a function of Al getting himself in foul trouble.

Kornet getting far too many minutes for my liking.

This double big line up with KP and Kornet is surprising. Maybe Joe and Brad is trying to see if Luke is worth the roster spot. Luke is the only “minus guy” among the Celtics so far.

NBC Sports Boston are showing snippets of special Mike Gorman commentary moments as part of the Mike Gorman Final Year celebration…they just showed him calling a great Larry Bird game. Can you imagine calling the likes of Bird, McHale, Parish…then Reggie Lewis…then Pierce, Allen and KG…and now Tatum, Brown and Porzingis

Brad will have to add a legitimate backup center at some point.
We can't rely on just Horford and Porzingis and these leftovers from waivers and the G-league.

If there is one thing I criticize Brad for this offseason, it's that he really didn't do enough behind KP and Horford in the frontcourt. I know some of that was because we traded away Timelord in the Holiday trade last minute, but still...

Can really tell the rust in this first half. Timing and passing are off with a lot of these guys.

Jrue drives without a plan a lot.  Some of that is familiarity with teammates, but based on what I've read from Bucks fans, some of that is also just Jrue.
