Okay, I've seen enough between preseason and now.

I think there's a decent chance that this may very well become the JT/KP team, not the Jays team. KP seems to be a super natural fit off of Tatum and the rest of the guys, and he's going to get just tons of open looks that he'll capitalize on.

Won't surprise me whatsoever if JB becomes the third option on offense giving how well KP is translating in our offense.

I didn’t like that Tatum shot until it went in.
Yeah, felt horrible. So much like Kobe. Break the offense. Force a contested shot when he doesn't need to. Plenty of time left to work the ball and find something better. Nope. Jacked it up. Kobe shot.

Not seeing any improvement in the offensive scheme.

yeah I agree.  You see the improvement from the roster, having KP is going to help.  but our man movement on offense doesn’t seem any better

Agreed. Jaylen is the 3rd option. And he is going to be jacking up shots at a fierce rate to try and hang on as the 2nd guy ... so that will be fun.

I've been saying since we acquired him that he's now our 2nd most talented player and should be the 2nd option. I haven't seen anything to change my mind yet.

This does feel about the 2017 Warriors when Durant arrived. They just scored so much and so efficiently that others opponents couldn't keep up with them.

....as he jacks up a tough contested midrange jumper.

The offense looks chaotic, but with excellent shooting.  Let’s see some pick n rolls and other plays.

And that is completely fine! JB is ideally more of a third option anyways, which theoretically should allow him to spend more energy and focus defensively.
