MAXEY! 46 points and sends it to OT

Btw like I said in the previous page, that's a difference for PHI. No Doc Rivers. Instead Nick Nurse calls a beautiful play there for a good last-second layup

Oh wow, what a heck of an ATO play by Nurse.

Wemby is going to become an absolute cheat code in a few years. He has 33/15/5 in 33 minutes so far today and he's pretty much averaging 21/11/4 in 29 minutes a night. Once his conditioning gets up there and he's playing more he could surpass Jokic and become a walking 30-15 double-double big man. His passing and IQ is a bit underrated but the potential is there and he will improve on that.

Ha yet another good play call by Nurse, though Oubre missed the open look.

I'd rather have Philly win this game, but it would be hilarious if they lost out at a shot at the 6th seed because they lost to the Spurs.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Sixers gonna take this. Have to admit, that was an amazing game. Maxey played 54 minutes and scored 52. Wemby with 40+ minutes and a 33/17/6 line.

Does show you that PHI won't be an easy opponent this time around. Better coach, better bench, Maxey has taken strides and even Oubre has turned into a nice #3 option for them consistently averaging 15-20 a night. Oubre has lowkey become what the Sixers probably hoped Tobias Harris could give them consistently.

Spurs fail to let Wemby touch it 5 times down the court in 2OT. Frustrating

That’s a pretty weird theory, because if the Lakers won the game they’d have a better chance at playing in the 7-8 game, thus getting the 7th seed and getting the Wolves anyway, while playing one less play-in game.  I’m a Lebron conspiracy theorist myself, but winning tonight is better for the Lakers.

Yeah. They can also possibly get the #6 seed if they win the rest of the way, but will need some help from a few teams as well.

Even with the Win Phili would need to outplay Ind by 2 games with only three remaining to get the 6th seed, since Ind has the season series tiebreaker.

So if Phi win's out they'd need Ind to one or fewer of their last three.
