Both Utah and Chicago doing us favors and knocking off top Western Conference rivals tonight. Now if Phoenix can only do the same with Milwaukee.

Utah with a big win over OKC. Much better game than MIL vs PHX. MIL & PHX was all individualism and stupidity by players and coaches alike. Utah and OKC was teamwork and precision. Nice to watch.

Kris Dunn with great D on SGA. Markkanen with clutch play to seal the win.

Bucks lead the Suns 49-48 at halftime. Amazing how much better their defense is without Lillard.

I didn't think it was the Bucks defense. I thought it was the Suns offense. They were playing horrible dumb selfish basketball.

Beal is prone to that at times.  More surprised to see it from Durant though.  He had a really bad first half.

I thought Durant looked like Melo out there. Ball stopper. Stagnating the offense. Too much emphasis on the midrange. Settling for shots.

Durant is not shooting great this game but insane fact Durant is shooting an absolutely unreal 54% from field this year. Carmelo’s career high for a season was 46%

Almost a four-way tie for the #1 seed in the West.

LA Clippers the #1 seed. Looks like the real LA team showed up.

Milwaukee's wing defense is amazingly slow.

SG: Malik Beasley, Pat Connaughton
SF: Khris Middleton, Jae Crowder

I don't think either Middleton or Crowder are athletic enough to play SF minutes anymore. Both are PFs in today's NBA. Connaughton moves more like a SF than SG. He is short but stocky enough to were he should probably play backup SF minutes rather than guard. Malik Beasley has never played defense.

I can't stand Giannis' offensive game. He can't shoot. Only 26% on threes this season. Only 36-37% on two point jump shots between 10-23 feet. Despite this, he spends most of his time dribbling the ball 25 feet from the rim and driving to the basket. A tactic that only works because of the rule changes made to benefit ball-handlers.

I wouldn't mind his lack of shooting if he spent most of his time around the basket like Shaq and others before him did. But the constant dribbling 25 feet from the rim while being a non-threat to shoot and just being allowed to steam-roll into the paint in a way that never would have worked in any era prior to this one ... it just irritates me.

I do not enjoy watching him play.

I love watching him lose.

Bucks are now 1-4 with Doc Rivers.

Think Doc Rivers will get fired before All-Star Game? AHAHHAHA  ;)

If you were the Bucks' GM I'm sure Doc would be on borrowed time already

Kris Middleton looks cooked. He just looks like that knee is never going to be right. Still play no defense as a team. I am less worried about the bucks than I am the Cavs.

KD was shooting almost exactly the same in 2021-2022, his first season back, weirdly.

He got hurt again last night. Wouldn't be surprised if he's out until March probably.

Unless Giannis AND Lillard both are putting up video game numbers in a consistent stretch I just don't see MIL as a threat in the East anymore.

Cavs are now the 2 seed. I still expect MIL probably to end around the 3 seed but Philly without Embiid might end up dropping to the play-in tournament. So that's something to watch out for if they end as the 8 seed lol

I think Milwaukee will bring someone in but it probably won't be a massive impact. My guess would be:
1. Boston
2. Cavs
3. Bucks
4. Knicks
5. Pacers
6. Heat
7. Sixers
8. Magic
