So does anyone actually still think Belichick will be here in 2024? Because if so, then sorry we're in trouble. The entire operation has been super dysfunctional and the roster lacks a ton of talent, which I mostly put on the GM (Belichick). And Belichick's snarky responses to the media only works when you win.
And sorry, but the QB isn't the only problem. If you draft someone like Maye but they are playing behind this O-Line, with Parker/Thornton/JuJu as receivers, bad special teams and a team that lacks fundamentals and commits many penalties, then how successful can he really be?
There's no reason Belichick shouldn't be canned at least 48 hours after the season officially ends ("Black Monday"). Again, this team is 2-10, and since Brady left they are 27-36 and gradually getting worse.
I think Kraft is gonna get A TON of criticism if he keeps Belichick around. Yesterday's Gillette stadium "crowd" and atmosphere is gonna become the norm in 2024 if this continues.
