Cowboys defense outscored the Pats offense 15-3 there

Remember the 2018 Jaguars defense which was elite but then gave up and basically had a "mutiny" because Bortles and the offense were so bad?

I fear that'll happen with the Pats too soon if they don't start winning and the offense doesn't get going. They've kept them in every game and played pretty well, but the offense can't score AND they are giving up points on their own with the turnovers.

And I don't think Belichick has the same control as before. He's clearly lost his fastball and is also losing guys in the locker room with some of his decisions (like the Patricia/Judge fiasco last season) and it reflects in the dumb penalties/fundamentals this team shows every week.

On the radio the other day one of the commentators made an accurate observation:

The Patriots are one of the most inept and drama-filled organizations in pro sports. They have become the opposite of what they were in the Brady years.

Defensive line doesn’t even look good. So much for the defense being elite…

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I recall when the Pats first drafted Mac Jones, and how he was been treated like the 2nd coming of Brady, especially by Bill Simmons. I akin it to The C's drafting Tom Gugliotta after Bird retired and thinking he would be the Next Larry. In retrospect, I think this comparison was unkind to Gugliotta

We're even committing penalties while we're punting the ball.

Are you seeing this, Mr. Kraft?

Going for a first down instead of taking the easy fg up 31-3... Mike McCarthy is by far the Cowboys' biggest weakness. He will cost them a playoff game with his idiotic decisions.

Dating back to our Week 14 win against AZ last season, this team since then has gone 2-6. Only wins were to a Bridgewater/Skylar Thompson Dolphins, and Zach Wilson Jets last week. In fact, since Brady left, the Pats are 26-28, and 7 of those wins are all from the Jets otherwise it's 19-28.

I respected the fact that this team hung in there against very good teams in week one and week two, even though they lost.

This, uh, is not that.  This is a team getting mulched in all three phases of the game.  Nothing to build on here.

Germany might just revoke the Patriots' passports at this rate for their November 12 game.

Hell, even soccer teams are scoring more than us today so far...

This is going to be one of those "Onto Cincinnati" or, in the case, "Onto to New Orleans" situations.

Forget and move on.
