Well then, with the first pick of the fourth round of the 2023 CS Historic Draft, the Washington Generals select:
NBA Champion
NCAA Champion
3x NBA All Star
All-Star Game MVP
3 Point Contest Champion

That's right it's:

Glen "G (Glennedy Glegory Glegorovich Gleggings Glostoyevsky Glostoy) Money" Rice!
"...unceasingly we are bombarded with pseudo-realities manufactured by very sophisticated people using very sophisticated electronic mechanisms. I do not distrust their motives; I distrust their power. They have a lot of it."

Nice choice - his efficiency in his prime was out of this world! 47% on 5 or so three point attempts off the top of my head. Nasty efficient

Yeah, Rice was definitely one of the best shooters available.  He'd thrive in this era.

Was that one of the years that the 3PT line was moved in?  That 3PT% and volume was ridiculous for that era.

Glen Rice would be awesome in this era. That level of efficiency and volume was one of a kind back then.

Yeah between 94-95 and 96-97 is the 'short three' window. Of course, it's clear he could have shot 47% from deep in any era, because of reasons entirely unrelated to him being on my team.

I mean, he was a 40% career 3PT shooter on 4 attempts. I don't think it mattered too much

Price is always a binkie of mine in these types of drafts. Super great value at this point of the draft.

Brilliant pick. He was one of the big time 'ahead of his time' players left. Set the framework for Steve Nash and the like. Underrated (probably because he's a small guard who played for Cleveland), but great
