I think you're overrating Herro.

Agreed. I’ve somewhat soured on him with his approach over the last month or so. The “Welcome to Miami” stuff was so in poor taste.

Really hoping Portland doesn’t feel the pressure to take a lesser deal to get him to Miami.

Lillard doesn't have a NTC like Beal so I don't think the Blazers will worry about his demands to go Miami. If Nets, Sixers or another team offers a ton, they shouldn't pass it up.

I would trade Jaylen for Lillard.

Rather trade Brown than White + Williams.

If Jaylen doesn't sign an extension, he could be used as the centerpiece for a Lillard trade.

I keep on hearing that Lillard doesn't have a no trade clause. However, what I don't hear is he does have a player option in '24 and '26. He is signed for four years, but he is a flight risk for two of them. As much as I love Lillard, I'm not sure I include Jaylen, when Lillard has an obvious love affair with the Heat, and may end up being essentially a one year rental.
