I thought social media platforms wanted traffic!! I have not seen anything today pertaining to the NBA and NHL free agency because of this idiot.

Be nice if Brad could get going in FA. Cannot believe the kid from the Pacers is only thing they have going. If so...yeesh

How exactly are the Lakers paying for all this?
No offense, what else you expecting them to do for the most part? So far they got Zinger/Brissett. Only real open question is Grant at this point and filling out the rest of bench.

So all these role players are getting massive deals yet the Lakers are signing guys to well below their market value? The league continues to babysit that franchise.

Filling out the bench is important.

Hate to say it but the Lakers are killing it in FA now

Getting the bench completed is really big. Not sure I like the Brisset signing.

Celtics honestly haven't done anything yet. I'm surprised.

Still need to sign Brown, see what happens with grant. $5million MLE and vet minimum guys to sign.

Hopefully get some movement soon.

Every summer it feels like I come away frustrated with the league as a whole. Building a contender comes second and location is going to be first 90% of the time. I honestly question why I’m a fan, it’s great to see teams like Denver build towards a title. It’s never going to change whether the league wants to admit it or not. [/rant]

Meanwhile, we're gonna give Brown 60Mil a year to dribble off his foot. SMH
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Look around the league, 60million for brown is not bad. Fans always get up in a tizzy about these things. But salary inflation in the NBA is real.

The contract will look reasonable in a couple years when other guys are making more.

I remember when fans thought browns original extension was a bad deal....and Robert Williams deal....

Pretty sure Vincent and Prince were with the MLE; everyone else was either bird rights or vet min I think
