Spurs looking at a couple guys. Gotta spend some money to get up to the salary floor.(1) Talking about a big contract for Tre Jones. (2) Thinking about bringing back Poeltl; I presume to save Wemby from having to bang bodies with other big body centers allowing Wemby to play more PF in a twin tower lineup. (3) A third option being discussed is spending money on a young up and comer who fits their timeline. Austin Reaves and Cam Johnson have both been mentioned. I'd love to see Cam Johnson there. Cam Johnson and Keldon Johnson at forward with Wemby at center. That would be very difficult frontcourt to matchup against. Lotta speed, ball-handling, driving and outside shooting.
Quote League sources who spoke with HoopsHype said multiple teams who attempted to trade for Pascal Siakam were dissuaded from giving up a treasure chest of assets for the two-time All-Star in the final year of his contract since he was unwilling to discuss an extension elsewhere as Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes mentioned.– via Michael Scotto @ HoopsHype

It’s worth noting here that several teams are keeping an eye on the situation in Milwaukee concerning the future of Giannis Antetokounmpo, as we’ve previously noted. Antetkounmpo is eligible for an extension with Milwaukee this summer. Financially, it makes sense for Antetokounmpo to wait on signing an extension or new contract. I don’t know if the Knicks are one of those teams keeping an eye on the Antetokounmpo situation, but I’d imagine most teams are monitoring it. – via Ian Begley @ SportsNet New York
supposedly Strus and Vincent gone from Miami this summer....and Lowry to be waived and stretched...
Adrian Wojnarowski: The Trail Blazers are waiving forward Trendon Watford, sources tell ESPN. Watford, 22, had two productive seasons with Portland and joins the free agent market with some upside value for teams. – via Twitter wojespn

I'm embarrassed to admit it, but sometimes I come across a tweet about a player and say "who?"QuoteAdrian Wojnarowski: The Trail Blazers are waiving forward Trendon Watford, sources tell ESPN. Without the CB drafts or fantasy basketball to keep my interest, I've found that I just don't like the product that much outside of the Celtics. So, every once in awhile I'll hear somebody's name and have no idea that they exist, haha.
So, ideally, Milwaukee loses Lopez, Miami loses Vincent / Strus, Philly gets a poor return for Harden, and New York and Cleveland don't add anybody that makes a real impact. How realistic is all of that?

Or would Brad consider dealing Tatum for someone that we know can get a team over the hump?I don't see Milwaukee trading him but we'd have to consider it if they did
