It's almost our pick.  I really can't guess who Brad likes!  Who's it gonna be?!

Kris Murray doesn’t look too athletic.
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

There was some interesting comment I came across. I can't remember if it was on this site or somewhere on youtube but they are saying that Kris Murray never got the playing time he deserved as a freshman or sophomore because the Head Coach there was playing his sons instead. I think they were smaller players, maybe guards, and the coach played small at forward instead of playing both of the Murray brothers together.

Any truth to that?

Brad has only made 2 selections. Both have been super raw and athletic. If he follows that trend maybe Miller?

He's not. Thats why hes available. He's got almost no weaknesses outside of that.

Duke program managers to place a lot of 1st rounders.

BTW Tankathon has Nick Smith Jr mocked to the Celtics at #25.  6'5 PG but I don't know much about him.  Thoughts?

Not really a PG. Skinny shooting guard who was a top two recruit out of high school. Hurt for chunks of the year at Arkansas and very erratic when he played. Poor shot selection and efficiency.

But he's crazy talented, so it's possible.

Prosper for SAC. Interesting pick. They need help at forward. Good defensive prospect. Could be a very good glue guy if he can develop his jump-shot.

OK so Dallas moved UP for Prosper!

I did say he was a riser.

I wonder if Brad wanted him or if he's pumping his fist and saying yes, the guy I actually wanted dropped to #25?

I like Nick Smith but his name sounds a little too much like ‘Nesmith’ for my comfort level.

1.6rpg 1.7apg 0.8spg and 1.6 turnovers per game.

Looks like he does nothing other than score. Dodgy outside shooter for a guard. Over-reliant on the midrange. Not great for an undersized SG. Not enough handles and passing to be a PG. A defensive liability.

Don't like Nick Smith. Most of the other top guys here are fine with me.
