Lol. Poor Butler, but what is he supposed to say?  Anything other than that and you appear not up to the task.

It felt like he was trying to convince himself and his team. I don’t think he actually can believe that.

I don’t recall ever seeing a team still alive more demoralized than the Heat postgame. Even Spo didn’t have much to say. I know 45 hours is a lot of time to find some confidence, but they look defeated.

it is because they know we beat ourselves and we gave thema shot and they blew it. he knows what we look like in game 7 at home agianst bucks and sixers. he knows this is not the game 7 team from 2018.

So now that I’ve taken a moment, except for the last shot, the last 4 minutes were pretty awful. If Robinson hits either of those wide open 3’s, the season is over. Why do they have to make it so hard? You can’t milk the clock with 4 minutes to go. Jeez, learn that already

You are correct.  They are significantly flawed.  Just trying to enjoy despite the end of game nonsense.

They had the Heat dead in the water, up 10 with the ball and 4:10 to go, and they slowed the offense to a crawl to kill clock which almost cost them the season.

Give Miami a little credit. They could have easily folded down 13, 11, 10 at various points.

I don’t understand Tatum playing Jekyll and Hyde, no reason he shouldn’t have had 40+, but Brown had to play the entire second half with foul trouble and shots weren’t falling for anyone other than White and Smart.

I know the Celtics took their foot off the gas again a bit, but the playoffs are hard.
Coming back from 0-3 down is [dang] near impossible.  It may have not been the blow out all of us wanted.
But it was a win...Smart and Brown both had too many turnovers, but both pllayed with a lot of heart and grit in the 4th.
JT played good defense but couldn't buy a bucket....Still through all those missed 3s they pulled it out.
Sometimes you need a little luck, winning in the playoffs is a grind.

we have all been on the side of a team blowing a big lead or series lead. it is a sinking feeling and at times you feel helpless watching it slip away. i only hope this game ruins miami psychologically now.

i refuse to believe any pressure is on us. its not.. its on miami they blew a 3-0 lead not us. now it is game 7 winner take all.
