Glad Rob ended up only needing to play 30.

As ecstatic as I am that he’s starting again - and impacting the game defensively, can’t help but worry about his minutes.

That might have been the most fun I’ve ever had at the garden, what a win! And Tatum with a game 7 record! Bring on the Heat, if we play with this intensity nobody is beating us!

Yeah I give TD Garden credit. They were LOUD throughout. Hope you had a fun time  ;D

I'll be fair though, the C's didn't give the fans much to be loud about in Game 5. They were flat. But today after a bit of a rough 1st, they were phenomenal since. After falling behind 35-26, they finished on a 86-53 run lol

This is the energy and mentality the cs need every game here on out to win.  If they do this it's banner time.  Killer instinct today.  Jt was the mvp.  He showed up showed out and told his team to enjoy the ride.  Mj and kobe worty performance

It was already announced a few days ago, but in case people don't know, FYI:

  • Let's Go Celtics!
One great quarter and a great Game 7 and Tatum starts acting like Lebron James.
Stay humble. Quit pointing at yourself and quit holding up the number 50 (points).
Cannot stand all that from other players, Tatum's been pretty good about not falling in love with himself to this point.

Idk...I'm criticising you for being a bastion of negativity. Let the man gesticulate and show emotion, he just put up on a huge stage. I'm guessing, ur in the minority on this opinion but whatever, u do u.

The funny thing is, when JT doesn't show emotion he gets accused of not having "fire" or caring enough.

He can't win with some.

I haven't watched any playoff games other than the C's.

Joe and our team better start anticipating, and preparing for, Miami's zone defense.   We have all the tools to beat it.  Just need to adjust quickly and execute when they start using it.

bastion of negativity is absurd. like a lot of us, tenn has offered substantive criticism of JT, which has been warranted.

i don’t mind JT celebrating, but considering how he has played most of this postseason, as well as the finals, and considering basketball is a team sport, the celebration of his box score isn’t a great look.

the dude was phenomenal tonight but we need consistency from him the remainder of this postseason.

If not being falsely modest fuels him playing like he has the past 5 quarters, more power to him.

I mean, P.J. Tucker of all people was giving us the "too small" gesture.  Niang grabbed JB from the bench.  JT can celebrate as he wants to.

Yes the writing on the wall that Doc will be fired. There are a couple decent coaches out there. Smart had Maxey's jersey so I am guessing they swapped jerseys?

The defense on Embid was spectacular primarily by Big Al with Timelord in the background and the guards reaching low for the ball. Fantastic. I stillcan't believe they kept the T on JB after seeing why he had something to say. NBA needs to fix things like that.

I saw Smart with Maxy's jersey as well.  I am glad not to see Maxy anymore, he was a bad bad matchup for us.  We didn't have anyone who could keep up with him, and when his stroke is on, he is a handful.

of course JT can celebrate as he wants, and he can be criticized for it, too.

i’m certain of one thing: if he plays as he did tonight for the reminder of the playoffs, no one will criticize anything he does. JT can put to rest all of the questions, doubts, criticism, etc. with his play.

Doc is getting fired after this, right?

Perhaps - based on everything I’ve read, it seems like there is no way both him and Max keep their jobs.
