Celtics should be absolutely ashamed…pathetic really…but I so strongly believe that the 76ers stink and everything has gone their way that we still have a chance and should win in 7 either way

These guys don’t care as much as fans do. They still make multi millions if those lose as well. The character of this team is soft and losing doesn’t seem to motivate them much. All the talk of them saying they were motivated by the finals loss was all talk. You show up with zero intensity in game 5 on your court and that shows you how much they care.

Tatum didn't even challenge that shot.

Nope, UNacceptable for a team leader, MVP wanna be.
I just can't figure out Tatum.  Show some emotion, do it on both ends, get mad when you get your pocket picked on offense.  REACT!

God, I simply hate Joe. Everything you are seeing tonight is all on Joe. The lackluster, awful defense. The complete over-reliance on threes. That is the exact thing Joe has been preaching and implementing all year long. Shocker - it doesn't work in the playoffs against elite teams.

Wic cheaped out on this team with the coach on the cheap and not bringing in players with the exceptions. They tried to save money again.

Can’t wait to see how this board blames Joe. This exact group no shows for big games. They have the last 5 years.

He's systematically destroyed everything that Ime and Brad built up last year with an even more talented roster. This entire game of us just chucking three after three with no other offense is ALL JOE.

Only the blind can continue to give him a pass at this point. He's been downright atrocious in the playoffs missing obvious adjustment after obvious adjustment, all while screwing us with such an unsustainable gameplan.

This forum has had the exact same criticism of every coach this side of Doc Rivers.

First it was Stevens "why are the bigs shooting" basketball. Then it was "Ime sucks all the C's do is shoot jumpers" basketball. Now it's Joe "all the team does is shoot threes" basketball. It's not a new critique. These guys aren't exactly winning at the rim against Embiid. Only Tatum has showed up (and he hasn't been great), the rest have disappeared.

I feel like an idiot for feeling good about tonight. The others were right, this had the makings of another Game 5 choke at home. Not feeling good  :(

We have one player who is doing anything. Brown has been lost. Al horrible.

Been an overrated team ever since the all star break folks.
Losing to this garbage 6ers team in game 5 at home in the playoffs will just be more confirmation

Call.me a bad fan but they'll do us all a favor by putting us out of our misery in gm 6

If that can get Joe fired then I share the sentiment.

Can’t wait to see how this board blames Joe. This exact group no shows for big games. They have the last 5 years.

It's an entire season of no accountability + downplaying defense + encouraging non-stop 3PT shooting.

Then, couple that with missed opportunities in Game 1 and Game 4, games we would have won with better coaching.

The players get blame, but so does the idiot coach, for deconstructing last year's team and building this mess.

Yep, and in this case it is deserved. Look at Budenholzer - his best player was injured and his brother died and the Bucks canned him even after winning a Title two years ago. How in the world can we consider keeping Joe when a guy like Bud gets fired?

Win or lose, PHI is going to put up 115+ tonight (again). This defense is pathetic

What happened to our DPOY Smart?? This is why I'd consider trading him. Something's got to change with this team if they get bounced 2nd round. In theory a 3-guard rotation sounds nice but we do have a need at PF/C especially with Horford aging + Timelord being injury prone.

Celtics let game 4 beat them twice. They were an absolute no show tonight.

Other than dumb Joe, and the excessive 3s, the worst part of this game is Philly playing with more energy and toughness.  Philly is dictating everything!
