Can’t wait to see how this board blames Joe. This exact group no shows for big games. They have the last 5 years.

Do you notice that your coty has no defensive adjustment for Harden driving and giving embiid a free.look from the ft line?

Doc has taken brown away from guarding Harden and you bro has no answer.

Are you not glad we went from being a defensive team to chuck 3's?
Back to wanting Joe fired.

The biggest indictment of Joe is not the lack of in-game adjustments or even the awful end-game decisions. It's the complete reversal of this team's identity and overall philosophy to where we can only win when hitting threes and are not consistent defensively. It's just an idiotic, extreme philosophy that is simply not sustainable.

Very accurate summary.

The problem is way more than the timeouts and the adjustments issue. It is the overall way the team has been coached this season (or not coached). This is so depressing for those of us who really care about the Celtics franchise.

The worst part may be coming when Brad refuses to fire Joe if we continue this meltdown.

I'd almost be willing to go zone

Aren't the sixers the best 3 point shooting team in the NBA?

Yes, but it would stop this Harden and Embiid 2 man game
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I am amazed at how slow BOS is playing.

They have a huge speed & athleticism advantage. Use it.

You have 2-3 ball-handling guards on the floor at all times. Push the ball. You have two of the best finishers on the break in Tatum & Jaylen in the league. You have athletic bigs in Horford and Rob Williams.

RUN !!!!

Even in halfcourt, push it up quick. Do not walk it up. Do not let them get their breathe back. Put them under pressure. Make them sweat. Make the run. Make them chase you.

i have posted this exact sentiment multiple times in every game thread this series. unfortunately, it’s too complex for joe.

He's systematically destroyed everything that Ime and Brad built up last year with an even more talented roster. This entire game of us just chucking three after three with no other offense is ALL JOE.

Only the blind can continue to give him a pass at this point. He's been downright atrocious in the playoffs missing obvious adjustment after obvious adjustment, all while screwing us with such an unsustainable gameplan.

They'll probably win Game 6 and pump their chests, but then it'll be a long wait until Game 7.

So annoying

Or they'll just go quietly into the night Thursday and we can be done with them. It's just not a fun group to root for. Very unserious, and acting like they can just sleepwalk most of the games

It's an entire season of no accountability + downplaying defense + encouraging non-stop 3PT shooting.

Then, couple that with missed opportunities in Game 1 and Game 4, games we would have won with better coaching.

The players get blame, but so does the idiot coach, for deconstructing last year's team and building this mess.

Going to need a real coach next season and they are going to have to figure out if they can move pieces on this roster...because this is not going to work.

The only thing worse than us losing this series.  Will be if the Lakers win it all for banner 18.

I like seeing PP on the court. He will lead this team for a comeback if Tatum doesnt spoil it.

Honestly if we lose this series then I don't really care. It'll suck but then again, this team has choked many times over the years (which would hold true if they lose this series). Can't say the C's haven't had their chances
