Tarum has an open baseline jumper, wait for Embiid to guard him, and launch a stepback 3. Missed.

The biggest indictment of Joe is not the lack of in-game adjustments or even the awful end-game decisions. It's the complete reversal of this team's identity and overall philosophy to where we can only win when hitting threes and are not consistent defensively. It's just an idiotic, extreme philosophy that is simply not sustainable.

We're a deeper team with a healthy RW.  Yet we're worse on defense.  That's from Joe.

Playing 6 guys.

If only Tatum also showed up in the first quarter when he started 0-6 with 2 points

Last year's team could turn it up on defense and get stops when they needed to

This year's team can't do that. In fact there'll be like 5-10 possessions  in a row where the other team scores easily, and the C's rely on the 3 to catch up or hold them off. Not sustainable.

Sometimes, the team will rely on muscle memory to play defense like last year. But it doesn't last long and Joe goes small so it's not sustainable.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Okay. It’s come to this. I’m begging Joe, if you want to only shot 3’s, bring in someone who can hit them. It’s painful to watch this

Horford is getting swallowed by Embiid and adding zip on offense- how about Timelord? Coach? Anyone?

People were mad about not getting a 15th man, but even guys like Hauser, PP, etc. aren't getting any playing time this postseason

Somehow, the message that we have at halftime is that we need to shoot more threes after 50% of our shots were threes in the first half at a whopping 26%. So we come out and shoot 6 of our first 10 shots as threes, making one of them.

You just can't make this stuff up. Such an unserious coaching staff.

Yes.  We gotta do something else for defending Embiid, or shut everyone else down.   Al isn't guarding Embiid well at all tonight, and Embiid can't miss on the average 15-17 midrange stuff.   We need to adjust our def or Embiid is going to have 50 and we are going to lose.

Put Muscala out there. He can shoot.

The defense allowed us to push Philly around. Wonder boy woman beater changed thar.

They can ship Brad out along with Joe as far as I care
Back to wanting Joe fired.
