Imagine underperforming and not meeting expectations 75% of the time at your job. Do you think you would still have a job today? No, you wouldn't.

Get rid of this guy and his dogmatic incompetence that has cost us three years of the Jays' prime.

The sheer incompetence shown in game 7 alone raises enough red flags.  Starting Baylor?  Alright I guess I can see that if Tatum were healthy... but alongside RHJ AND Garza?  What?  Nobody saw that coming.  Not even Joe, because he doesn't know what he's doing.

Then going small against Embiid.  Yeah, not a good idea, to put it kindly.

Bad ATO plays.  Bad offensive philosophy.  Bad lineup decisions.  The guy is clueless and he displayed it all for the world to see in game 7.

Of all the inexcusable things he's done, this may take the cake.

It was an extreme gamble that he knew had the chance to give him all the "weirdo/mad scientist" talk that he adores so much. Just a strange guy and clearly not the right guy for the job. I don't understand how he can fail to meet expectations so much yet still retain this job. It's mind-boggling.

Move Cassell to main coach. Hire Billy Donovan. Offer Charles Lee the job. I don't care. Anyone would be better than this maniac.

What's more glaring is he waited until Game 7 to try this out, and to try smallball with Hugo and others at center. GAME SEVEN. Not any of the previous games, not Game 6 when they blew Game 5 and some of the things at that point seemed obvious (like Queta's foul issues).

If they did more smallball with Tatum at center, I don't think Embiid would have been as impactful and on the other end the C's could exploit matchups against PHI's guards/wings and Embiid. But nope. Vucevic was a DNP today. But he had to play all the previous games
