Mind-boggling why Joe would slot Brown in late in the 4th when he's 4-18 including 0-8 from 3.

And that 3rd-quarter stinker, need to do a better job rallying the team.

You don’t bench your star players for having an off night shooting. That’s not how it works.

He did with Holiday.

Like I said, “Star players”.

Got put in your star players plus lack of scoring bench hurts
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

LOL normally this award would be worthy of its own thread, but not on this board!!  Love the juxtaposition.

Fire Joe and fire the next guy...

I thought that would feel better. I guess I really do need therapy- the Celtics blog isn't working for that!

This team is 26-7. All their losses have also been close games, the only one not being close was the 17-point loss to Orlando in November.

For the most part, he's made the right decisions with rotations, minutes, lineups, etc. They've also clearly bought into his coaching and even players like Jaylen who seemed to dislike him last year have praised him this season so far.

Yeah, a lot will be judged from the playoffs and the crucial moments then. But for now, I've been happy with Mazzulla. There's really not much to nitpick IMO. I mean, at some point too if the team doesn't execute in certain moments you also have to look at the players. Some of these guys have been here even with CBS and Udoka and still choked over the past 5+ years in moments.
