I really like Highsmith. Spolstra should play him more.

Playing at altitude after long series cannot be easy. Heat could get swept. How nice would it be to have a PG that distributes the ball?

Jokic is the ultimate run stopper. Every time you need to go to bucket, throw in to him. C's haven't had that since the KG days.

But we have 2 All NBAs now ..😉

They can shoot better but even then Denver can get any shot they want.

The Smart experiment should have ended a couple of years ago.

Smart would have made a great sixth man. I agree. PG is a glaring weakness especially in the playoffs.

Him and Murray a very good tandem.

I saw somewhere - maybe RealGM Forums - an argument being made that Jokic & J Murray were the best 1-2 punch the league has seen since Shaq and Kobe.

I am struggling to think of others that were better.

Maybe LeBron and AD.

A big part of the problem with this team is that Smart views himself as part of a "Big 3." I love his competitiveness, and he could indeed help a team to a title, but not this team. He doesn't have the ball handling skills to run the offense in crunch time, which IMO is a big contributor to our massive late-game chokes. But since Wyc and Brad consider him part of the Big 3, he's always on the court in the big moments, when sometimes he shouldn't be.

And he's a big personality. I feel like sometimes he sucks up all the air in a room.

He is unintentionally undermining the pecking order on this club, and undermining the development of our stars.
