LA makes it to the finals and silver will have 1 crew ref the entire series:
Zarba
Brothers
Foster

Got to have the Cinderella story for LA.

Man I hope this doesn’t happen. It would also magnify how great the play in is. Imagine if it ends up being a Lakers - Heat finals?

man GS really stunk it up tonight.  I thought after game 2, they would come in and maybe win both in LA
but way too many turnovers, and Lebron seemed to still have that other gear tonight.

That was a HORRIFIC end to the half for GSW. 30-8 LAL run.

FT disparity again though, 20 to 6 favoring LA. Just like Game 1  ::)

Just like Game 7 ................ 2010.

If we were to manage to get to the Finals (still a long way off) and the Lakers did the same, we would be playing 5 against 8 the entire series. Serpent Head and the league office would want a Lakers Cinderella title in the worst way.

He had plenty of additional deflections too. Very good game from AD

It might just end up being Celtics/Heat and Lakers/Nuggets, a deja vu of the 2020 bubble. Could history be repeating itself?

Ugh.

No, because both LA and Miami are massively outmatched in those series (barring injuries)

Yeah. Talent wise, those teams aren't the same level of Denver/celtics

I don't get the fear over LA/golden state. There is a reason they are the seeds that they are. Golden state has been putrid on the road all year. And AD only plays good on odd games.

What happened is they faced young teams who haven't been under the bright lights as much and their experience took over in those crucial minutes. Those teams folded.

All these guys, including the heat have deep playoff experience. So when you face someone like the Knicks or grizzlies or kings who really haven't been there before they can rely on that experience those teams don't have even if the talent level isn't on par. Imo

Yeah but then next game he will have 10pts and 5 rebounds. Idk how he is so inconsistent.

I think whoever wins Game 4 of GSW-LAL will win the series in 6 games.

Isn’t their success a bad thing for the playin? Without the playin they would have just automatically made the playoffs. The playin gave a chance for a crappy team like the bulls a chance to knock out a better team with a fluke game (which almost happened).

Wrong thread

Just to be clear, I'm still happy we took Game 3 and stole back HCA.

BUT it's frustrating because this team just has so many letdowns. Chance to step on a team's throat, and again, we can't. They'll probably win Game 5 but this series should have been won in 5. Instead it's looking like a stressful 7 game series for no reason

EDIT: Wrong thread but whatever, it's playoff related lol
