Jrue holiday is unfairly judged bc of the class of some of his contemporaries, but he is one the best players in the nba.

Duncan Robinson really benefitted from the Bubble run in 2020. Got a 5/90M extension off of it, but he's been garbage since (and mostly unplayable). With Herro done now though, Robinson is playing and he's getting abused

People thought we should have bailed the heat out of his contract earlier this year

Yeah @Clay you may have been wrong, Love was a good pickup clearly  :P

Yeah if he has a good playoff run where he plays like this I will definitely say he was a good pickup but he has been a net negative for a few months. Not gonna discount that over one half.

Not sure if you are being serious or not. Has been shooting like 28% from three since they got him.

Half joking. He’s been good today though, doing all the little things

Yeah I just posted that because I know you were constantly talking about how bad he was. But I'm not complaining either way, if he does great against MIL in some games, I'll take it! If not, whatever. He's not a game-changer now anyways

Doesn't surprise me. There were people earlier in the year (and last offseason) saying we should consider Ben Simmons lol

Unusual seeing butler not getting the whistle like he has always done against us.

Crowder is WASHED. Gets abused on defense too nowadays

When you’re not playing against him, I find Butler really fun to watch. His work ethic is incredible given his two-way impact.

Man, the Bucks' D is TERRIBLE

C's put up 140 on them last time, and 139 on Christmas Day

I've said in the recent past that even in a lot of their wins against bad teams during the 2nd half, MIL is giving up 120-130+ but I got shot down saying that MIL is winning by around 10 points so it doesn't matter. Well that's great against bad teams, but against better teams like BOS, PHI, etc. they definitely won't be scoring 120+ regularly themselves

Also guys like Crowder, Ingles, etc. who are considered "X-Factors" have been awful on defense too

They are really relying on their starting lineup and of course Giannis

And Miami just put up 102 on MIL in 3 quarters, on pace to probably give up 130

Their defense is bad

It would be an interesting series if Giannis & Herro are both out.

C: Bam vs B Lopez
F: Love vs Portis
F: Jimmy vs Middleton
G: Strus vs G Allen
G: G Vincent vs J Holiday

G: Lowry vs J Carter
G: D Robinson vs W Matthews
F: Oladipo vs J Ingles
F: C Martin vs J Crowder
C: C Zeller vs M Leonard

Pretty even looking series. Both teams 40-45 win type squads.

Hopefully Giannis isn't out long term but if he is this becomes a competitive series. Not convinced that Miami can keep up today's strong performance throughout the series. I expect MIL to make mince meat out of them if Giannis is back (Herro or not).

Me too. So efficient. Smart, tough. Physical. Team orientated. Makes people around him better. So well-rounded too ... does everything very well to excellent except outside shooting.

God I’m so glad we didn’t have to see Butler in the first round lol I think we have better options to throw at him, but still.

So tired of seeing that clown Haslem waive his pom poms on the sideline. The free rides almost over for that hanger onner. He's been the NBA's highest paid cheerleader for about half a decade now.
