LeBron finished 2nd in the NBA this season in transition scoring. He is 38 years old. 2nd in transition scoring! That is incredible.

Jaylen was 4th. Bane and Morant were 6th and 7th respectively.
One could easily turn that into a snide remark about his defensive tendencies

It's hilarious to me that all over Twitter today I see "ban the charge" as if it's Kevin loves fault that Gianni's whole game is predicated on barreling into people in the lane.

When he gets foul calls on would be charges we just hear about "weight room!" And how athletic he is. But since he got injured now we should ban it?

It's bad enough that he initiates the contact 90% of the time and it gets called a block.
Even Jrue Holiday disagrees.

I am starting to wonder whether Ja Morant is John Wall 2.0.

By that I mean, not a true franchise player. Very good player but not a great player. Loads of raw talent but lack of development. Did not progress the way one would hope (John Wall).

And that going all-in on such a flawed franchise player cost Washington big. Will Ja Morant be a repeat of John Wall? Will Memphis be a repeat of Washington? I don't know but I am starting to wonder about it.

Big offseason for Ja Morant.

Not that I'm advocating injuries, but I sometimes wish guys would just give Giannis a piece of his own medicine and barrel into him while driving. Even if you get called for the foul/charge, let him feel it. And not just Giannis, but others who do the same (like Embiid, AD).

I agree with @cman88, it's hilarious that now we're talking about "banning charges" after Giannis and AD got injury scares. Like come on   ::)

Morant's injury was unfortunate but it wasn't malicious intent, just an awkward landing on a hand he's previously hurt too

Dude this is actually my dream matchup, what my heart really desires. A Kings/Celtics NBA Finals!

But my mind tells me it's either Suns/Clippers vs Celtics lolol

Judo classes for NBA players would eliminate a lot of these bad falls.

I was thinking earlier today that we haven't heard much of Cam Johnson since the trade to BKN. I mean the guy was looking for $100mil back in the summer. He was the 2nd big piece next to Mikal Bridges and looking at a major offensive role in BKN.

22pts and it is not even halftime yet. [Edit: Oops, I misread the clock. Q3 not Q2]

This is like a 90's NBA playoff game with this score.
