Having missed the first half, it looks like a classic story of one team making its 3's and the other is missing them.  I haven't looked at the team stats recently but my understanding is that Milwaukee actually isn't a very good 3 point shooting team.  It's going to be interesting how that comes into play in the playoffs, particularly against the C's if we match up.  I still think Milwaukee beats all of the other teams in the East.

C's only have 3 turnovers.  That's huge against a team that is as big and physical as Milwaukee.

That is interesting. I looked up the stats to see if that is the case. It says Milwaukee is 4th in makes and attempts but only 11th in percentage from 3.

Great volume & pretty good accuracy.

So Milwaukee is what people think Boston is?

I actually think a lot of it is how other teams are built. Teams typically focus so much on Giannis and Lopez and Portis that guys are left open outside for open 3s.

When teams like the Celtics though have great defense, a good frontcourt and contest a lot of shots, the 3 point shooting isn’t as great

Yeah, true. Most teams don't have the bodies to play Giannis straight up. But having the Als and GWills we have, we can play him one on one and not let him and others kick out to the open shooters.

i hope none of the starters see a single second of court time in the fourth.

the celtics defense has been very good this game.

G Will is such a valuable weapon off the bench. So few teams have a guy who can defend big forwards like this coming off their bench.

Exactly. And take it from someone who has scoreboard watched quite a bit over the last month with the Bucks, but quite a few of their guys (Carter, Allen, Middleton) get WIDE OPEN looks frequently because opposing teams double or sometimes triple Giannis/Lopez in the paint. And those guys typically still get trucked by Giannis/Lopez. But our bigs body up and play physical with them. Even our wing players can too (Jaylen, Tatum)

Look tonight. Most of the Bucks bench (and Middleton) have looked like non-factors because our defense is hounding them and making life difficult with contested shots

Keep tatum and jb away from Grayson. Can see a foot "accidently" being placed under them on a J.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Hilarious that they call two travels on Brogdon but allow Giannis to walk virtually every time down the floor  ::)

Home court vs Milwaukee isn’t going to matter much. Boston will win at least one there
