Wow, MVP chants for Tatum in Atlanta haha

It's crazy how Atlanta doesn't support the hawks. Living there for nearly four years recently, they seem to really support the Braves and to a lesser extent the Falcons, but for whatever reason they don't seem to support the Hawks, even for as big of a city as the Atlanta metropolitan area is.

Solid half. Defense got better in the 2nd. Just need to take care of business and put them away in the 2nd half. The Hawks defense is garbage

3s are going in tonight for the Cs.  We might win.
….sadly, it’s all about the 3s for the Cs.

It’s not joyful to watch our brand of basketball.  Even when we win.

Do they not? Ticket prices for this game were actually pretty high it seemed. I thought there was also some buzz especially a few years ago when they made the ECF

Well, you hear the crowd. It wouldn't surprise me if nearly half the crowd are there for the Celtics.

oh my god!!! the celtics are doomed. hawks just took a time out so no more scoring for the celtics.

 :o  :-\
i was teasing jpotter and his love of timeouts. ;D

I mean, you joke, but we were literally on something like a 17-2 extended run in the four minutes preceding the timeout, and they've subsequently went on a 11-6 run after the timeout. Sooooooo....

but didnt he call it too late?  ;)

I hate that no-call there on the Brown/Young contact. That's either a charge or a blocking foul. You can't call that a non-call there with that much contact.

Offense looks stagnant. Need a set play to get us a good look.

But it's the NBA. The refs can do whatever they want.

Hawk's announcers are questioning this style of play versus Milwaukee and Philly.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I'm not worried about PHI. MIL though, yeah if we can't hit 3s we're screwed. I don't think we can just run a layup line on the Twin Towers of Giannis and Lopez all game haha
