Apparently, the Packers-Jets deal for Aaron Rodgers is essentially done. Now just waiting for Rodgers if he wants to be a Jet.
And if he does, Jets may be in the running for the division, with the Bills.
I don't think it's a given Buffalo even wins the division. Now granted, NYJ still needs to add a QB regardless. But I'm surprised not much is being made about the Bills losing their DC and likely losing a lot of their defensive talent. And despite that, MIA and NYJ each won against BUF last season and NYJ was close to sweeping them if Mike White wasn't hurt/hobbled.
I know people talk about Josh Allen and the offense only putting up 10 points against the Bengals, but the biggest thing watching that playoff game was Burrow and the Bengals just shredding BUF's defense all game. And that defense is projected to get worse.
Josh Allen will keep the Bills a contender for sure, but I don't think the Bills are as invincible as people thought last season. I think the Chiefs and Bengals are the cream of the crop in the AFC.
