More bad coaching IMO by Mazzula.  I mean that starting lineup was ROLLING.  There's no reason to sub out Timelord 5 minutes into the game.  Not surprisingly we started to lose momentum thereafter.

Let alone Tatum a few seconds later when he's 5-5 from the floor and cooking. I don't care what your rotation schedule is, you don't make that substitution and you let the hot guy continue to roll and don't freeze him. Brad was bad at that.

Joe had shown early in the season he would ride with the hot hand in those situations. Not sure what happened now.

That seems to be his style.  Extremely rigid.

This is what is bothering me more than anything else is our offense going backwards from early in the season.
We were seeing lots of movement away from the ball, down-screens, cutting, pop-outs and the ball moving to the open shooter.
Now, I see mostly Tatum/Brown isolation with the never ending dribble & juke show while the other 4 guys stand and watch.

Yes, the defense is not as good as last season, our coach has shown awful game management and we are getting pounded on the boards. But Mazz was the guy who implemented the much needed changes in our half-court offense and who emphasized pushing the fast break. What happened ? You would think he could at least correct that if nothing else.

Kornet is useless on defense.  3 possessions in a row where he got scored on or fouled the other player.
