C's had no business winning this game anyway, crooked rim or not.  Just didn't play well.

we had one guy who played well, JB and a couple who played ok, JT, Timelord and White.  everyone else really poor games

New strategy for the C's - to end the 2nd quarter of each game - the final 3 possessions of the 2nd quarter should all be lobs and dunk attempts for Timelord. Hopefully he'll bend the rim to hell and back and the crew won't fix it after the snoozefest tonight.  That way the opposing team is shooting on a jacked rim in the 2nd half.

One of those games that reminds you that the three ball really is the most important factor in most games nowadays.  They didn’t miss, we definitely did.  Ballgame.

Exactly. Great ball movement all night, good decisions made generally.. 13 turnovers is manageable.

On to the next one..

Marcus’s worst offensive game in a while.  Seemed out of sorts.

Not able to watch it live as I'm on vacation but this will be a good test for them to see if they can knuckle down on defense and stop the Nuggets shooting so well (57% overall, 63% from 3, I don't know if that's because we defended the perimeter poorly or they just been hitting difficult shots) and with us shooting so poorly (45% overall, 27% from 3).

Our record this year of winning when we shoot below 30% from 3 is much worse than last year, so I'm interested to see if our team of clankers can pull this one out of the fire

I guess they failed this test  :-[

I think Stoudamire is a better coach than Mazulla.   The team at least makes a better effort on D for him...

Is it just me, we clearly better much better with him at the helm.

I would not draw that conclusion based on 2 games.

It’s just you.

Yep. Pretty much summarizes what the NBA has become.  Fun when your team is hitting their shots, painful when they are not while their opponents can't miss.  I thought we played pretty well all things considered.

Brogdon was also crap!
it's been a while since he's had a good game for us.  shooting, passing and defense is not nearly as good as it was at the beginning of the year for us

I really thought Mazz should have tried Pritchard last night.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Some games are like watching teams doing shooting drills from 3.
