I watched the Celtics game where they were up big but everyone kept slipping because the ice underneath was melting.They delayed and played a few weeks later.

I think it was against the Hawks.

Unfortunately, that's most places lol. You as a customer asks them "How does this work?" and they're like "I don't know" but they work there so they should know how it works lol
