Every team gets screwed by the refs because as a collective, the refs are incompetent. It has absolutely nothing to do with Toronto being in Canada and certainly not because they screw American broadcasting numbers(because they don't). Though I guess I should expect such a statement from a Raptors fan.

While what you said in your first paragraph is true, it still has zero to do why Toronto usually gets screwed by refs. As I said, all teams get screwed by the refs.

Also, Xmas Day games are announced before the season and the Knicks were a 41-31 team the year before. Why they are on this year? Because they landed a big free agents and expectations are of a better team. Playing long time historic rivals has something to do with it too. As well as being a team in the largest market.

Christian Wood’s killing it for the Mavs.  He’s playing 24.5mins and is giving Dallas 25pts/10rebs per game. They are going to be a tough out.

We don't agree often Mo, but we do here. That would have been the guy I targeted with the TPE too. Instead of the load of crap that Houston got I would have offered Pritchard, the rights to Yam Mader, the huge TPE and a first rounder. No need for those young PGs with Brogdon coming in, since I assume Brad was deep into those negotiations and knew he could land him.

Should be pointed out that the Rockets received the Mavs 1st round pick and was a draft night trade.  We didn’t have a 1st to offer on draft night, and that may have been more important.
